Enter NtaCCUL Board Chair
Barrister Akuma Miranda Bih, Board Chair of NtaCCUL said the opening of the Douala-Bonamoussadi branch of NtaCCUL is motivated by the fact that Douala being the economic capital of Cameroon and Bonamoussadi being a fast-growing Subdivision is a motivational factor to bring Ntarinkon credit union nearer the population. Besides, the Subdivision is also host to many members of NtaCCUL, “so in one of our policies, we have to meet our members where they are.” “We also want to give the opportunity for other potential members who can’t go to other branches to open an account to do so in their neighbourhood,” said the Board Chair.
She attributed the rapid growth of NtaCCUL across the CEMAC region to trust and reliability, availability of liquidity to our members at any time. She noted that, NtaCCUL was able to grant loans to the tune of 65 billion FCFA to its customers across the board. A thing very distant from other microfinance institutions. “I use this opportunity to inform members and would-be members of NtaCCUL that we are innovating and expanding everyday to meet their needs and demands. Our greatest success is the fact that we have gone digital, with the introduction of the GIMAC card, which many financial institutions have not been able to attain.” The Board Chair underscored.

Vision of NtaCCUL
The General Manager of Ntarinkon Cooperative Credit Union, Divine Ade Muma reiterated that even though NtaCCUL has gone digital, there are certain services that warrants the credit union to come closer to the people. He said with their six percent interest rate on savings, many people are anxious to benefit. The GM also announced the creation of more branches in Dschang and the Far North of Cameroon in no distant time. “Ntarinkon Credit Union is like a church.
